Apartments Abroad has entered into an exclusive UK online distribution deal with Europe's largest real estate company MacAnthony Realty International. Under the agreement, the UK-based company will promote MacAnthony Realty's portfolio of new and re-sale properties for sale via the apartmentsabroad.com website. These include holiday homes in Spain, France, Portugal, Florida, the Bahamas, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Dominican Republic and Turkey.
MacAnthony Realty says agents can earn "a healthy and consistent profit" by marketing overseas property and the benefits on offer through apartmentsabroad.com. In addition, new owners will be able to market their property for rent via apartmentsabroad.com free for two years and enjoy MRI's after sales services, which include property management, 24-hour assistance and legal advice.
