Starting May 25
this year, Thomsonfly has started offering four flights a week to Jersey from Cardiff International Airport.
Tickets are now available for booking at www.thomsonfly.com
with one way fares starting from as little as £16.99, including taxes and
charges.
Thomsonfly says this
latest offering gives passengers from Cardiff
and the surrounding areas the chance to visit the most southerly island of the British Isles. Jersey offers some of the most stunning
scenery in the British Isles, particularly
along the dramatic cliffs of the west coast - a haven for surfers.
Alternatively,
visitors can check out the clear water and sandy bays in the south of the island
or for keen divers the rocky bays of the north offers some superb sheltered
diving sites.
Flights will
operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, allowing for both long
weekend trips away to the Channel Islands as
well as weekday business trips. Jon Horne, managing director of Cardiff International Airport,
said; “Thomsonfly’s low fares program from Cardiff is already extensive and successful.
We are delighted that they have chosen to offer such a substantial choice of
regular and reliable flights to the Channel Islands
marketplace.”
