London sightseeing operator The Original Tour is offering a $5 discount for travelers who will book their tour tickets at participating train stations. Promo is available until June 10, 2006.
Applicable train operators and stations include First Great Western, Southern, First Capital Connect, Southeastern, Chiltern Railways, Silverlink, and South West Trains. Adult tickets are priced at £13.00 (from the regular price of £18.00) while child tickets can be had for £ 8.00 (normal price is £12.00).
The Original Tour says travelers benefit from its unique tour features:
- Bus frequency is every 5-8 minutes, allowing travelers to hop on and off as many times as they like at over 90 stops and calling at all the best "must see" sights
- There are live or digitally recorded commentaries and a kids club with free activity packs on board
- The Tour includes a free Thames river cruise, and Tour staff sell Choice Menu tickets at just £3 each offering Fish and Chips, Bangers and Mash or Afternoon Tea, at specially selected outlets.
